Having found yoga to help recover from a skiing injury which caused problems in my shoulder and knee, I discovered that it not only helped bring alignment and balance back, but gave me confidence and groundedness which really helped me to look at life through new eyes. Having found it indispensable though childbirth, I trained to become a teacher and now hold a 500-hour diploma through the British wheel of yoga and postgrad qualifications in postnatal and pregnancy yoga. I am a member of REPs and I hold an up-to-date first aid certificate. I am currently training for my baby yoga level 2 certificate with birthlight.
